Designate which desks are available
Upload all of your desk data, then determine which desks are available to book, permanently assigned, or unavailable to maintain social distancing.

Employees certify they’re healthy through Envoy Protect
Employees must first complete your health questionnaire via Envoy Protect and meet your criteria to reserve a desk in the office.

Employees book a desk from the Envoy app
We’ll automatically assign a desk for the day, or employees can choose a different seat if they prefer. People can easily find where they are sitting that day in the Envoy app.
